Weekday rental hours are between 9am-3pm, and after 9:30pm or later.

Weekend rental hours are between 9am-1pm, and after 9:45pm or later. Some dates and time periods are unavailable based upon our operating schedule.

Summer rental hours are much more limited.

The main-floor theater seats 273. All seats feature convenient cup holders. 4 wheelchair positions.

UPSTAIRS THEATER
The upper-level theater has a capacity of 132 featuring stadium-style seating with cup holders, and two wheelchair positions (Elevator available). An excellent choice for team meetings, lectures, presentations and informal group gatherings. Projection screen which may be covered with a golden curtain

Rental cost varies between $150-300/hour, dependent on date, time, and which theater you'd like to rent. Rentals are available during the specified periods only. Two-hour minimum rental. Rates include equipment use and one dedicated staff. A 30%, nonrefundable deposit will hold your date. Complete payment is due at least 14 days prior to rental date. Outside food or drink not allowed unless arranged in advance. FCT may adjust rental rates based upon anticipated concession revenue. There will be an additional charge for rentals requiring excessive setup, teardown or staffing. Blackout dates may apply. Some rental requests may not be suitable for the theater and will not be pursued.
